Assist with the management of WHS/OHS at your workplace by completing a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety. You will learn how to implement and monitor risk prevention measures, respond to emergencies as well as evaluate policies and procedures. The course will prepare you well for leadership positions as you will demonstrate your ability to resolve problems under pressure.

After completing Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety BSB41415 you may decide to further your training with a Diploma of Work Health and Safety
You must be over 18 years of age and competent in written and spoken English (language, literacy and numeracy will be assessed as part of the enrolment process).
Course durations vary depending on the class selected by the participant.
Flexible, Offsite, or Classroom
The course is delivered with both theory and practical elements, with a mixture of classroom, group discussions, and individual research (including online study) supported by workplace mentoring by your workplace supervisor (if applicable).
Assessments are completed to measure your skills and knowledge against the training qualification requirements and those of the industry. The assessment process will include written and practical presentations, observation and classroom participation and will require some time away from the training rooms completing assignments and self-paced exercises online and through the development of a workplace portfolio of evidence.
